Laundry Lab Company Limited ("we", "us", "our") provides professional laundry pickup and delivery services in designated service zones across Jamaica. This policy explains our delivery process, timelines, and any differences between urban and rural service areas.

1. Service Zones

Our service is available in areas listed on our website and mobile app. We operate in:

🏙️ Urban Zones

Kingston & St. Andrew, St. Catherine, and other towns listed on our service map.

🌾 Rural Zones

Outlying communities within our extended service radius, as published online.

⚠️ We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule orders outside our published service areas.

2. Pickup & Delivery Schedule

🏙️ Urban Zones

Pickup Frequency:

Same-day or next-day pickup (depending on booking time)

Delivery Timeline:

Orders are generally returned within 24-48 hours

Locker Service:

Available in select urban areas; customers may collect within 24 hours after receiving pickup notification

🌾 Rural Zones

Pickup Frequency:

1-2 times per week based on our route schedule

Delivery Timeline:

Orders are generally returned within 3 business days after pickup

Locker Service:

May not be available; deliveries will be made to the customer's address or designated collection point

Central pickup spots in rural areas for easier service access.

4. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable for a scheduled delivery:

🏙️ Urban Areas

We will attempt redelivery on the next service day; a redelivery fee may apply.

🌾 Rural Areas

Redelivery will occur on the next scheduled rural route, which may delay return by several days.

5. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Orders over a certain amount (as listed on our website) may qualify for free delivery.
  • Rural service may include an additional distance surcharge, which will be displayed before you confirm your order.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and delivery instructions.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order or that the locker/collection point is accessible.
  • If delivery is to an unattended location (gate, porch, etc.), you assume all risk of loss or theft once delivery is confirmed.

7. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including weather, traffic, strikes, or natural disasters. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule.
